- 1 tbsp of Fit Cook Foodz Maple Praline Syrup
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder

- 2 tablespoons of a plant-based drink of your choice
- 1 tbsp Swerve brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped pecans

Place in the microwave for approximately 1 minute 30 seconds.
Tips:
Microwave power varies, so if your mug cake isn't cooked enough after 1 minute 30 seconds, extend the cooking time by 10 to 15 seconds at a time to avoid overcooking it.
You can also use cow's milk to make the recipe.
