Ingredients :
- 1 scoop of Good Protein French Vanilla Flavor Plant-Based High Protein Drink
- 1 tablespoon of coconut flour
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of almond milk
Ingredients for the coating:
- 45g of dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Steps:
- In a bowl, whisk together the almond butter, maple syrup, and plant-based milk until smooth and homogeneous.
- Add the protein and coconut flour. Mix with a spatula until a thick paste forms.
- Shape 9 small balls with your hands. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate, then stir in the coconut oil and mix.
- Coat each ball with melted chocolate, then place them back on the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Tips:
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
- Replace the almond butter with the nut butter of your choice (peanut, cashew, etc.).
