Ingredients :

 

Good Protein - Plant-Based High-Protein Drink - 940g

 

Ingredients for the coating:

  • 45g of dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

 

Steps:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the almond butter, maple syrup, and plant-based milk until smooth and homogeneous.
  2. Add the protein and coconut flour. Mix with a spatula until a thick paste forms.
  3. Shape 9 small balls with your hands. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate, then stir in the coconut oil and mix.
  5. Coat each ball with melted chocolate, then place them back on the baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Tips:

 

  • Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
  • Replace the almond butter with the nut butter of your choice (peanut, cashew, etc.).
