To cancel an order, please contact us at info@shopsante.ca or +1 438-795-2590.
Please note that once an order has been shipped (meaning a tracking number has been issued), it can no longer be cancelled.
Shipping times
Our processing time for online orders is typically 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 1-4 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and your location. We currently ship with GLS, Livrapide, and Canada Post. Once your package leaves our facility, a tracking number will be sent to you by email so you can monitor the delivery status.
I am unable to place an order
There is likely an out-of-stock item in your cart. You can contact customer service for assistance.
Free delivery
Free shipping is offered on all orders of $99 and over, before taxes and after discounts.
Careful ! If a discount is applied at checkout and the order subtotal falls below $99, shipping fees will be automatically reapplied.
In-store pickup times
Once your order is ready, a confirmation email or SMS will be sent to you. The preparation time for in-store pickup orders is typically between 4 hours and 1 business day. If you have not received your confirmation email, you can always contact the store directly to check on the status of your order.
Return policy
All purchases made in-store must be returned to the store where they were purchased and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Shop Santé only accepts returns of merchandise in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the original receipt, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shop Santé reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund for products that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Shop Santé is not responsible for any side effects resulting from the use of a product or from using a product contrary to the manufacturer's recommendations.
All products in the "Bulk" category are final sale and cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations associated with these products.
I don't like the flavor of the product, can I exchange it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to return, exchange, or refund a product based on its taste or formulation. In addition, we cannot accept returns of bulk products due to health and safety regulations.

Est-il possible de goûter aux produits ?
All bulk products are available for tasting. Simply ask a member of our team in-store.
Sealed products cannot be tasted, however, we offer a variety of liquid and solid product tastings every week.

I only received one bag of bulk goods?
In a single order, we pack bulk products of the same flavor in just 1 bag, which can weigh up to 10 lbs!

Gift card
When a gift card is purchased online, it is delivered by email only. To obtain a physical gift card, you must purchase it in-store.
Both gift cards purchased online and those purchased in-store can be used either in our stores or on our website.
Free gift
Free gifts are offered when an invoice reaches a certain amount. You can select the free gift option before proceeding to payment.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add it once the order has been placed.

What is a member card?
The membership card is part of our loyalty program, which allows you to earn REPS points at a rate of 1 point for every dollar spent.
You can then redeem your points through our app or website for discounts and free products!
To earn points, it is essential to have a valid email address associated with your account. Points can be earned and redeemed both online and in-store.
Return date of an out-of-stock product
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an estimated restock date for a product. Availability depends on our suppliers, and restocking times can sometimes take several weeks.
However, you can sign up to receive an email or SMS notification as soon as the product is back in stock by clicking on "Email me or text me when available!" on the product page.

For any questions regarding your order, we strongly recommend contacting us by email. There is no need to reach out through multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, etc.), as this may delay the processing of your request.
Discount
During a sale, discounted prices are displayed both online and in-store.
Promotional codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes or applied to items that are already discounted.
In the event of a pricing error or technical issue, Shop Santé reserves the right to cancel and refund the affected items without prior notice.
Breastfeeding / Pregnancy
Generally speaking, protein powders, BCAAs, greens supplements, and collagen are not usually considered problematic during pregnancy.
That being said, we are not healthcare professionals, and individual needs and circumstances can vary. We therefore strongly recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before taking any supplements to ensure they are appropriate and safe for you during pregnancy.
The different proteins offered
Isolate
Protein isolate is a milk-based protein powder that has undergone filtration. The processing of protein isolate involves separating and collecting the purest protein fractions (90-97%).
This process separates the protein from the fat, lactose, and gluten. As a result, they provide more protein with fewer calories. They also tend to be easier to digest because the gluten and lactose have been removed as the protein is purified.
*However, it is not recommended for a person who is lactose intolerant.
Whey
Whey is a powdered protein derived from milk. It is also known as "whey" or "lactose" protein. It therefore contains more calories than isolate because it has not undergone additional filtration steps to remove fat and lactose.

IsoGen
IsoGen® Protein (Bulk) is a balanced blend of whey protein isolate and bovine collagen protein, delivering an average of 23 to 25 g of protein per serving.
Whey protein isolate promotes fast muscle recovery thanks to its high digestibility, while bovine protein, which is naturally lactose-free, supports joint, tendon, and skin health due to its rich collagen content.
Beef
Beef protein is derived from hydrolyzed beef collagen. It contains no dairy products and is very easily digested.
The protein is perfectly suited for those with lactose intolerance.
Vegetable
Plant-based protein is primarily composed of rice, pea, and/or hemp protein. It can contain between 50 and 90% protein.
This protein is ideal for vegetarians, vegans and those with lactose intolerance.
What can I mix protein powder with?
Mix the protein powder with water, the milk of your choice, or even your favorite juice! Be sure to shake it well in a shaker bottle to avoid clumps.
This protein is also a great addition to smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, desserts, and many other recipes!
Storage of bulk supplements
Bulk supplements are good for 2 years if stored in a cool, dry environment. They may lose their effectiveness after 1 year and 6 months.
Difference between BCAA and EAA
BCAAs are amino acids that include leucine, isoleucine, and valine. They are essential, meaning your body cannot produce them and they must be obtained from food. BCAAs strengthen muscles, reduce muscle fatigue, and alleviate muscle soreness.
EAAs, or essential amino acids, refer to the nine essential amino acids found in muscle proteins. Proteins are made up of 20 amino acids, nine of which the body cannot synthesize on its own. They improve performance, reduce muscle catabolism, promote muscle growth, and aid in weight loss.
Shake and slush
Shake
Our shakes are made with a protein blend consisting of a dehydrated milk base, fiber, and ice to create their frosty texture.
Here is the detailed ingredient list: whey protein isolate, skim milk powder, whey powder, maltodextrin fiber, xanthan gum, natural flavor, carrageenan gum (a natural food additive derived from certain red seaweeds), and sucralose.
A typical shake contains approximately 258 calories, 0 g of fat, and 0 g of sugar. It also provides 30 g of protein, 34.5 g of carbohydrates, and 15 g of fiber (psyllium).
Please note that these values may vary depending on the flavor selected and any additional ingredients added.
Slush
The slush base contains 90 calories and 10 g of carbohydrates.
It is made with water, glycerin, citric acid, sucralose, potassium sorbate, sodium saccharin, and acesulfame potassium.
