At Shop Santé, we are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. Below are the details of our return and refund policy to guide you through the process.


 

1. After-Sales Service and Return Policy

For any questions or issues regarding a product purchased on our website, please contact us by email at info@shopsante.ca or by phone 438-795-2590 for assistance. 

General Return Conditions 

Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and accompanied by the original invoice. 

Here is the list of final sale products : the “We Have Too Much!” collection, products from «Last Chance» collection, Probites, Midday Squares, Little Goods, Juju’s cookie dough, and all BULK products (except those that are sealed), Coconut Cult, shakers and bottles and all the freebies.

Opened products: Opened products cannot be returned due to the sanitary conditions surrounding supplements. Returns are not accepted if you do not like the flavor. If the product is still sealed, the standard return conditions apply.

 


 

2. Products and informations


Protective Seal: If the seal is lifted or damaged upon opening, no refund will be issued. This is generally due to the sealing technique used: the seal is applied and the lid is placed immediately afterward. With heat, the two adhere together, and when opening the container, the seal may tear or become punctured. However, the product remains perfectly safe to consume, and its quality is not affected. If you have any questions, please contact customer service online and provide photos of the product.

Pre-workout Supplements: Pre-workout supplements that have hardened (formed clumps) cannot be returned. This is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the product’s quality. For more information, please see our article: Why is my pre-workout clumping? (Blog).

Bulk Products: Bulk products purchased in-store are final sale, unless there is an error with the product. Bulk products purchased online that are still sealed may be returned for a refund or exchange.

For online orders, when more than one portion of a bulk product is ordered, they are packaged in one (1) bag. If you would like multiple bags, please contact customer service before the order is shipped. Maximum of 3 bags.

Coconut Cult: Even after the “best before” date has passed, the product remains safe to consume. However, the effectiveness of the probiotics may be reduced. Final sale. No exchanges or refunds.

Storage: Keep refrigerated at all times. Do not freeze and do not store at room temperature.

3. In-store purchase and order for in-store pickup 


    You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return or exchange, upon presentation of the original receipt.

    Returns for products purchased in-store or through in-store pickup must be made at the same location where the purchase or pickup occurred. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and accompanied by the original receipt.

    If items are missing from your order, you must contact the pickup location.

    If an item is out of stock at the time of pickup, the store will contact you when it becomes available. For follow-up, modifications, or refunds, please contact the pickup location.

    All items offered in the “Fouille faut que ça grouille !” section are final sale. The basket may include items that are close to or past their expiration date. The expiration date and the applied promotion will be clearly indicated on the product.

     



    4. Online order for home delivery

      Products purchased online may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receiving the order.

      Products purchased online and delivered to your home cannot be returned in-store. They must be returned to our warehouse in their original packaging, unopened, and accompanied by the original invoice. We cannot be held responsible for return shipping costs.

      If the package and/or products arrive damaged, please contact online customer service with clear photos showing the damage as soon as the package is received. Without proof, Shop Santé cannot be held responsible for damages.

      When merchandise is returned for a refund, any free items must also be returned. Otherwise, the current value of the product will be deducted from the refund.
