Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Shop Santé reserves the right to refuse the return, exchange or refund of any products that do not comply with the terms of the Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.
At Shop Santé, we strive to provide an exceptional customer experience. In order to clarify our return procedures, the following conditions apply:
1.1. FENTER FROM RETURN
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return or exchange, which must be made at the same branch where the purchase was made.
1.2. PRETURN'PURCHASE
- With invoice: The return or exchange will be processed promptly.
- Without invoice: You must have a Shop Santé customer account or your order number and the transaction must be traceable in our system.
1.3. PRODUCTURES'GROCERIES
- Grocery products are final sale. No returns or refunds will be accepted if the packaging has been opened. Note that this applies strictly within the 30-day window following purchase.
1.4. SUPPLEMENT POWDERS
- Unopened products: These can be exchanged within the 30-day window.
- Opened products: The following conditions apply:
o Refund: Granted only if the protective seal is missing or damaged. However, if the seal is removed normally when the product is opened, no refund will be made.
o Adverse reactions: If you experience adverse reactions after using a supplement, contact us to evaluate return options.
o Taste: If the product has been opened and the flavor is not to your liking, unfortunately we are unable to issue returns or refunds, except in the case of a defect found with the flavor.
1.5. SUPPLEMENT FROM TYPE " PRE-WORKOUT "
- Pre-workout supplements that form into loaves cannot be returned. This is normal and in no way affects the quality of the product. For more information, please consult the following article: Why my "pre-workout" makes mottons.
1.6. PBULK PRODUCTS
- All bulk products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons. If there has been an error in your order and you have not received the correct product, we will exchange it.
1.7. EXCEPTION FOR BULK PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE
- If a bulk product was purchased online and is still sealed, it can be returned for a refund.
1.8. VNLINE AND IN-STORE SALES
- In-store sales: Returns must be made directly to the store where the purchase was made within the 30-day window with the above conditions.
- Online sales:
o Taste: If the product has been opened and the flavor does not suit you, the return is not accepted. If the return is accepted for other reasons, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
o Order error or product defect:
If we have sent an incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs and proceed with the exchange or refund according to your preference.
