Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders or trials before purchase. This cancellation policy explains how to modify or cancel this type of purchase.

Subscriptions

Shop Santé offers a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you confirm that you accept our Terms of Use. Your subscription will be automatically renewed on a recurring basis, and your credit card will be automatically charged for subscription products until you cancel your subscription. Taxes and shipping charges may apply. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions section of your account.

Pre-orders

When you buy a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or will be available soon. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at the time of ordering, register your payment method and then make the full payment or the remaining payment at a later date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been processed. If the order has been processed, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full and partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Try before you buy

When you order an item to try before you buy, we authorize your payment method before we execute the order. You have a certain amount of time to decide whether you wish to keep the item. Once this period has elapsed, if you have not returned the item, we will debit your payment method for the full amount.
