With these healthy yet delicious little brownies, it's going to be really easy to stick to your resolutions!

Ingredients :
- 1 can (540 ml) of rinsed and drained black beans
- 2 eggs
- 2 scoops of dark chocolate stevia vegetable protein from Shop Santé
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/3 cup of cocoa
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place all ingredients in a food processor, except for the dark chocolate chips. Blend until completely smooth.
- Add the chocolate chips. Mix with a spoon.
- Butter an 8 x 8 ovenproof baking dish with Fit Cook Foodz camelina oil spray, then pour in the mixture.
- Place in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly before cutting and consuming.

Tips:
The brownie is at its best when it is still slightly moist; if it is overcooked, the texture will not be as decadent.
You can also add a “glazing” by adding raspberry jam and even nut butter of your choice.
