Dark chocolate vegan brownies

With these healthy yet delicious little brownies, it's going to be really easy to stick to your resolutions!

Ingredients :

  • 1 can (540 ml) of rinsed and drained black beans
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 scoops of dark chocolate stevia vegetable protein from Shop Santé
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/3 cup of cocoa
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips


Bulk - Plant-based protein (1 lb) - Health Shop

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place all ingredients in a food processor, except for the dark chocolate chips. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Add the chocolate chips. Mix with a spoon.
  4. Butter an 8 x 8 ovenproof baking dish with Fit Cook Foodz camelina oil spray, then pour in the mixture.
  5. Place in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before cutting and consuming.

Enjoy your food !!

Tips:

The brownie is at its best when it is still slightly moist; if it is overcooked, the texture will not be as decadent.

You can also add a “glazing” by adding raspberry jam and even nut butter of your choice.
