Shop Santé works with third-party carriers for deliveries: GLS and Livrapide, as well as Canada Post for remote areas. Once the package leaves our facilities, we are no longer responsible for it. Shop Santé ensures that all orders leave our facilities safely.
Orders are delivered without a signature and left at the provided address, even if the recipient is absent. In case of damage during transit, please contact our customer service. In the event of theft or loss, Shop Santé will assist in the investigation to the best of its ability but cannot be held responsible.
