Starbucks-Style Brown Sugar Shaken Iced Espresso

A Starbucks-style shaken brown sugar iced espresso recipe, breakfast and protein version.

Ingredients:

 

  • ½ cup quick-cooking oatmeal
  • ½ cup almond milk or other plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop of iced coffee protein from Shop Santé

 

Shaken espresso

  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp hot water


Steps:

  1. In a mason jar or an airtight container, add the oatmeal, almond milk, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, and protein scoop. Mix well until the texture is smooth.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for a minimum of 4 hours.
