Ingredients:
- ½ cup quick-cooking oatmeal
- ½ cup almond milk or other plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop of iced coffee protein from Shop Santé
Shaken espresso
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tbsp sugar-free brown sugar
- 1 tbsp hot water
Steps:
- In a mason jar or an airtight container, add the oatmeal, almond milk, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, and protein scoop. Mix well until the texture is smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for a minimum of 4 hours.
