Ingredients:
- 2 scoops (70 g) of vanilla Isolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp Swerve sweetener
- 2 tbsp peanut butter (slightly melted)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup flour
- A few chocolate chips
- A few mini marshmallows
- A few pieces of Hershey's chocolate
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and sweetener until smooth.
- Add protein powder, baking powder, and flour. Mix until a cookie dough forms.
- Stir in a few chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Form dough balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add a few extra marshmallows and chocolate pieces on top for a s'mores touch.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
