A gourmet and protein-packed version of the current trend: an iced coffee topped with light and creamy foam, garnished with rainbow sprinkles.

Ingredients:
- 1 glass filled with ice cubes
- ½ cup almond milk (or other plant-based drink of choice)
- 1 shot of espresso
- ⅓ bottle of RAW Cookies & Cream flavored protein drink
- 1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
Steps:
- Fill a large glass with ice cubes.
- Pour almond milk over the ice cubes.
- Add the espresso shot.
- In a small bowl or glass, pour one-third of the bottle of RAW Cookies & Cream flavored protein shake.
- Using a milk frother (or a small hand blender), whisk the shake for a few seconds until creamy foam forms.
- Gently place the protein foam on the iced coffee.
- Garnish with rainbow sprinkles.
Tip: If you want an even more protein-packed version, replace the almond milk with the rest of the RAW protein drink. You'll also get a sweeter taste.
Cover and let rest in the refrigerator overnight, or for a minimum of 4 hours.
