Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 250 ml (1 cup) of milk
  • 35g of strawberry flavored isolate
  • 125 ml (½ cup) frozen strawberries, thawed and diced
  • 500 ml (2 cups) vanilla ice cream
  • Whipped cream to taste

Preparation

  1. In a countertop blender, mix the milk with the strawberry protein isolate until the powder is completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in the thawed, diced frozen strawberries and vanilla ice cream, then blend on high speed for 1 minute or until you get a smooth, creamy milkshake.
  3. Pour the strawberry milkshake into a tall, chilled glass and top with whipped cream. Garnish with a fresh strawberry or maraschino cherry, if desired.
