Preparation

  1. Place the milk, Greek yogurt, oat flakes, chia seeds, protein powder, complex carbohydrates, cocoa powder, and maple syrup in a medium bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquids.
