- 160 ml (⅔ cup) of milk

- 30 ml (2 tbsp) of IsoGen protein powder (iced coffee)
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) of complex carbohydrates (unflavored)
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) of cocoa powder
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) of maple syrup
Preparation
- Place the milk, Greek yogurt, oat flakes, chia seeds, protein powder, complex carbohydrates, cocoa powder, and maple syrup in a medium bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquids.
