Strawberry-chocolate protein smoothie

Looking for the perfect Valentine's Day smoothie that's as beautiful as it is delicious? This strawberry-chocolate protein smoothie can be prepared in minutes: creamy, indulgent, and satisfying enough for a quick lunch or post-workout snack.

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 250 ml (1 cup) of frozen strawberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of unsweetened almond milk
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) of vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) ofIsoGen protein powder (dark chocolate stevia)
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) of maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Place the frozen strawberries, frozen half-banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and maple syrup in a high-powered countertop blender. Blend until perfectly smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste and adjust the consistency as needed. Add a little almond milk for a thinner smoothie, or a few pieces of frozen strawberries for a thicker one.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.
