Ingredients (1 serving)
- 250 ml (1 cup) of frozen strawberries
- ½ frozen banana
- 250 ml (1 cup) of unsweetened almond milk
- 60 ml (¼ cup) of vanilla Greek yogurt
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) ofIsoGen protein powder (dark chocolate stevia)
- 10 ml (2 tsp) of maple syrup
Preparation
- Place the frozen strawberries, frozen half-banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and maple syrup in a high-powered countertop blender. Blend until perfectly smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust the consistency as needed. Add a little almond milk for a thinner smoothie, or a few pieces of frozen strawberries for a thicker one.
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.
