With their creamy sauce filled with fresh herbs, a nice dose of protein thanks to Greek yogurt and Sport Pasta pasta, it's the kind of recipe that combines pleasure and balance.

Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- 1 box (350 g) of Sport Pasta pasta
- 1 bundle of spinach
- A few sprigs of dill
- ½ bunch of chives
- 1 bundle of basil
- 75g of 0% plain Greek yogurt
- 55 g of feta
- 5 g olive oil
- Salted herbs + spices, to taste
- 50 ml pasta cooking water
- (Optional) Crushed pistachios and parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a blender, mix: spinach, herbs, basil, Greek yogurt, feta, olive oil, spices and a little cooking water.
- Mix the resulting sauce with the hot pasta.
- Garnish with crushed pistachios and/or Parmesan cheese (optional).
- Serve and enjoy
