Ingredients:
- ¼ cup oat flour
- 1 scoop pistachio iso protein (Shop Santé)
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup plant milk of your choice
- ½ tsp. baking powder
Decoration:
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. Fit Cook Foodz vanilla syrup
- ¼ cup raspberries
- 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp. pistachios
Steps:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and spray with oil.
- Once the pan is hot, shape the mixture into 6 pancakes.
- Cook for 2 minutes, then turn the pancakes over and cook for a further 1 minute or so, until golden brown on both sides.
