Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop pistachio iso protein (Shop Santé)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup plant milk of your choice
  • ½ tsp. baking powder

Decoration:

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. Fit Cook Foodz vanilla syrup
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp. pistachios

Steps:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and spray with oil.
  3. Once the pan is hot, shape the mixture into 6 pancakes.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes, then turn the pancakes over and cook for a further 1 minute or so, until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Add the decorations.
