It's now or never before the end of summer! Fire up your BBQ, invite your friends and cook the recipe I'm presenting to you today - your guests will go crazy! A much healthier, more sustaining version of traditional nachos.

Ingredients:
- 2 bags Quest taco chips
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- ¼ cup cheese
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- FitCook Foodz Tex-Mex spice blend
- Fit Cook Foodz Legendary BBQ sauce
- ¼ cup guacamole
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- Finely chopped coriander to taste (optional)
Steps:
- Preheat BBQ.
- Season chicken breasts with Tex-Mex spice blend.
- Coat chicken breasts with La Légendaire BBQ sauce.
- Grill chicken breasts on BBQ until cooked through.
- Combine tomatoes, red onion and cilantro.
- Place Quest potato chips, grated cheese, cooked chicken breasts, tomato, onion and cilantro mixture on aluminum plate. Once assembled, place on the BBQ until the cheese is slightly melted.
Tips:
- If you don't have a BBQ, you can cook the chicken in a frying pan and bake the nacho au gratin.
- If you don't like cilantro or hot peppers, you can remove them.
- Greek yogurt is used as a substitute for sour cream.
