Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup of FitCookFoodz La Cheezy
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 bag of Quest Chili Lime chips

Steps:
1. In a pot of boiling water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain, reserving the cooking water, and set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 400F.
3. In a skillet over low heat, add the cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, La Cheezy, Parmesan cheese, and nutritional yeast. Mix.
4. When the cheeses are melted and the mixture is smooth, add the drained pasta. Mix. If necessary, add a little cooking water.
5. Add some cheddar cheese on top with the quest chips.
6. Place in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
About the recipe:
- You can halve the amount of pasta and replace the second with konjac pasta, for a lower carb alternative.
- You can use lactose-free cottage cheese, cheddar, and parmesan for a lactose-free version.
- You can use gluten-free pasta for a gluten-free version of the recipe.
- To maximize protein, replace regular pasta with chickpea pasta.
