Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) water
  • 80 ml (⅓ cup) lemon juice
  • 50 g strawberry istrawberry solate
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) powdered gelatin
  • A few drops of food coloring (optional)


Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan, combine water and lemon juice.
  2. Whisking constantly, gradually add the protein powder to the liquid mixture. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved.
  3. Heat mixture over low heat and gradually whisk in gelatin.
  4. Continue cooking and stirring until the gelatine has completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth. If desired, add a few drops of food coloring.
  5. Working quickly, use a small pipette to pour the mixture into silicone molds.
  6. Theake at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 2 hours, or until the jujubes have set.
  7. Unmold the protein treats and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
