The result: a dessert to share that tastes like a real reward, but with real "macros."
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 25 g of Itholate CBUM protein Dubai Chocolate flavor
- 15g of gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp of stevia
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 3 to 4 tablespoons of almond milk (depending on the texture)
Ingredients for the pistachio crispy center:
- 10g of cornflakes cereal
- 1 tbsp Pro Spread Pistachio Spread
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
- Add the almond milk and mix until you obtain a smooth texture.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornflakes and pistachio spread until a paste forms, being careful not to over-crush the cornflakes to maintain their crunch. Set aside.
- Lightly grease a small ramekin with Fit Cook Foodz camelina oil with butter.
- Pour half of the chocolate mixture into the mold.
- Add the pistachio crispy mixture to the center.
- Cover with the remaining chocolate mixture.
- Bake for approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, enjoy directly from the bowl or carefully unmold.
Enjoy your food !
Tips:
- Every oven is different; if the result is too dry or too liquid, adjust the time by one minute more or less for the next bake.
- For a more indulgent version, add chocolate chips to the mixture for an even more melt-in-your-mouth texture in the center.
