Ingredients :
- 40 g. protein Isolate Dark Chocolate Stevia from Shop Santé
- 20 g. coconut flour
- 30 g. plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. Fit Cook Foodz Le Coquin syrup
- 1 tbsp. Swerve sugar-free brown sugar
- 60 g. Unnreal crushed milk chocolate
Chocolate-free steps:
- Place all ingredients except Unreal and chocolate in a bowl.
- Mix with a spatula until you obtain a cookie dough texture.
- Use your hands to form 4 balls, then coat with the crushed Unreal.
WITH CHOCOLATE

Ingredients :
- 40 g. protein Isolate Dark Chocolate Stevia from Shop Santé
- 20 g. coconut flour
- 30 g. plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. Fit Cook Foodz Le Coquin syrup
- 1 tbsp. Swerve sugar-free brown sugar
- 30 g. Unnreal crushed milk chocolate
- 60 g. dark chocolate (optional)
Steps with chocolate:
- Place all ingredients except Unreal and chocolate in a bowl.
- Mix with a spatula until you obtain a cookie dough texture.
- Use your hands to form 4 balls, then place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt the chocolate.
- Remove the balls from the freezer, coat in chocolate and add the crushed Unreal on top.

Tips :
- If you don't have any Unreal at home, you can replace them with dark chocolate chips.
- It's not advisable to use vegetable protein for this recipe, as the texture won't be optimal, and you'll need to adjust the quantities.
