ESPRESSO balls with MAPLE

Looking for an energizing, gourmet snack? These maple espresso balls combine the richness of coffee, the sweetness of maple syrup and a dose of protein for a tasty boost any time of day. Easy to prepare and perfect for coffee lovers, they can be enjoyed as a snack or dessert. One bite and it's the perfect balance of energy and pleasure!

Nutritional values per serving :

  • Calories: 125
  • Fat: 7 g
  • Carbohydrates: 9 g
  • Protein: 7 g

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop @shopsanté's iced coffee iso protein
  • 1 tablespoon ground coffee
  • ¼ cup almond butter ¼ cup maple syrup


Steps:

  1. In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
  2. Set aside. In a second bowl, mix wet ingredients.
  3. Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  4. Mix with a spatula.
  5. Using your hands, shape the mixture into 8 small balls.
