- Eat simple foods
- Maintain a slight caloric deficit if necessary
- Stay well-hydrated
Rest is essential for progress. The body transforms during recovery.
Priorities:
- Get enough sleep
- Avoid overtraining
Changes may be gradual, but they are real. The most important thing is to start and keep going.
