Recommended dose:

Adults. Take 1 serving, up to 3 times daily. Mix the product well in 1 or 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consuming.

Warnings :

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant and breastfeeding, on a low protein diet, on medication for high blood pressure, on levodopa , if you have liver or kidney disease or a seizure disorder. Be sure to drink enough fluids before, during and after exercise.
