Vanilla cake is a true classic, and we don't even need to tell you about it! Our cake mix is light and fluffy, and makes a great cake or delicious cupcakes. They're pinky-approved, so we know you'll love it!
For many gluten-free people, baking is a real challenge, but with our mix, you're guaranteed to succeed every time. You'll get a moist, flavorful cake effortlessly!

You will need:
2 eggs + 2 egg whites*
2/3 cup + 2 tbsp (170 g) butter*
1 1/2 cups (290 g) cane sugar*
1 cup + 2 tbsp (240 mL) milk*
Preparation (Yield: 2 6" 2-tier cakes or 24 cupcakes):
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease four 6" cake pans or use cupcake liners.
In a bowl with a handheld electric mixer on medium speed, cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and egg white and mix well.
Using Susie's Gluten-Free Vanilla Cake Mix, add half the serving and mix well. Add the milk and mix again. Add the remaining cake mix and mix again until smooth and well incorporated.
Bake: Cupcakes or Cakes for about 20 minutes. Let cool and unmold.
