Muffin mix is the culmination of a perfect recipe that perfectly combines moisture, texture and flavor. We've created a mix that makes the world's best gluten-free muffins! With this recipe, you can add your favorite fruit, chocolate, nuts or even vegetables for simply incredible muffins, every time.

You will need:
6 large eggs
1 cup (236 g) butter*
1 1/2 cups + 2 tbsp (340 g) cane sugar*
1 1/2 cups fruit, nuts, and/or chocolate chips
Preparation (Yield: 24 muffins - divide the recipe by 2 for 12 muffins):
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Use muffin liners.
In a bowl with an electric hand mixer, cream together the cane sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
Slowly add the eggs and mix until smooth and well incorporated. Add the Susie Gluten-Free Muffin Mix and mix until well incorporated. Add the fruit, nuts, and/or chocolate chips and mix.
Bake for about 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Baking time may vary depending on the sweetener used.
