Pancakes are one of our must-haves! This mix is the ideal recipe for light, fluffy and perfectly golden pancakes.
Easy to prepare, simply add an egg, butter and milk (or water), and you'll have delicious pancakes, ready in minutes.
Our Pancake Mix is designed so you can enjoy this comforting gluten-free treat at home. You'll love these pancakes, and believe us, you won't even guess they're gluten-free!

You will need:
6 large eggs
1 cup (236 g) butter*
1 1/2 cups + 2 tbsp (340 g) cane sugar*
1 1/2 cups fruit, nuts, and/or chocolate chips
Preparation (Yield: 24 muffins - divide the recipe by 2 for 12 muffins):
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Use muffin liners.
In a bowl with an electric hand mixer, cream together the cane sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
Slowly add the eggs and mix until smooth and well incorporated. Add the Susie Gluten-Free Muffin Mix and mix until well incorporated. Add the fruit, nuts, and/or chocolate chips and mix.
Bake for about 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Baking time may vary depending on the sweetener used.
