This carrot cake mix is a family recipe, handed down by Susie's mother, and quickly became a favorite in their bakery. Moist, flavorful and unique on the gluten-free market, it's considered by many to be the best carrot cake ever tasted.
Made with organic cane sugar, this mix lets you recreate a comforting, gourmet gluten-free dessert at home.

What you will need:
• 3 eggs
• ¾ cup vegetable oil (140 mL)
• 2 cups grated carrots
• 1 cup + 2 tbsp cane sugar (237 g)*
• ¾ cup walnuts (optional)
Preparation (Yield: 1 8” cake or 21 cupcakes):
1- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease an 8” bundt cake pan or use cupcake liners.
2- In a bowl, combine the carrot cake mix, sugar, oil, and eggs. Mix with an electric mixer, then scrape down the sides of the bowl.
3- Add the grated carrots and walnuts, then mix until well incorporated.
Cooking :
🧁 Cupcakes: approximately 25 minutes
🎂 Cake: about 40 minutes
*Organic cane sugar is recommended for optimal taste.
