Helps increase total sleep time (sleep quality aspect) in people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedules, e.g. shift work and jet lag.

Helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (sleep delay aspect of sleep quality) in people suffering from sleep phase delay syndrome.

DURATION OF USE :

Consult a health care practitioner if using for more than 4 weeks.

WARNINGS:

Consumption in combination with alcoholic beverages or any other medication or natural health product with sedative effects is not recommended. If you are taking any of the following medications, consult a health care practitioner prior to use: anticoagulants, anticonvulsants, immunosuppressants, blood pressure medications, sedatives/hypnotics/psychotropics, or steroids. If you suffer from any of the following conditions, consult a health care practitioner prior to use: asthma, depression, diabetes or hypoglycemia, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, liver disease, immune system disease, migraines, hormonal problems, bleeding disorders, or seizure disorders. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia).

CONTRAINDICATIONS :

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product.

KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS :

Allergic reactions may occur in rare cases; if so, discontinue use. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, cramps) may occur; if so, discontinue use. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal is damaged or missing. Keep out of reach of children.
