Recommended use or purpose:
Helps support gastrointestinal health. May promote healthy gut flora.
Recommended dose:
1 capsule, once a day. If you are taking antibiotics, take them at least 2-3 hours before or after taking them.
Cautions:
If you suffer from fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If you have an immune deficiency (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing prolonged corticosteroid therapy), or if you are allergic to dairy products, do not use this product.
Keep in a cool, dry place, do not use if seal is damaged or missing. Keep out of the reach of children.
