RECOMMENDED USE OR PURPOSE:

Supplement to training. Leucine is a source of essential amino acid for the maintenance of good health and which plays a role in muscle protein synthesis. Helps build lean muscle mass when used in conjunction with regular weight training and a balanced diet.

RECOMMENDED DOSE:

Adults. Take 1 measure per day. Mix the product well in 1 or 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consuming.
