In order to better assimilate this product, we recommend that you add a portion of 30G in a shaker with a minimum of 300ml of water during your snacks and 30 minutes after training.

The very best protein powder I have tried yet. This flavor is excellent as a shake or mixed into an ice cream base. I have recently been mixing it with a small amount of greek yogurt to make a nougat. It is honestly my favorite flavour - and I have been buying/using protein powders for 2 decades.
