Le colis a été expédiée dans une enveloppe a bulle sans aucune glace (malgré que c'est un produit qui doit être réfrigéré) et il a été en transport pendant 5 jours avant d'être livré avec des températures de 30°C à l'extérieur. La pâte à biscuit était chaude. J'ai donc contacté le service à la clientèle et ils n'ont pas voulu me rembourser, disant qu'elle pouvait être non réfrigéré pendant 7 jours (ce n'est pourtant pas ce qui est indiqué dans la description) j'y ai donc goûté et c'est vraiment mauvais, le goût, la texture, rien de va. Je ne recommande pas du tout ce produit, ni de passer une commande avec Shop Santé pour des produits qui nécessite d'être réfrigéré, un gros zéro!!

J'ai essayé caramel salé et double chocolat et je n'acheterai pas à nouveau. Ce n'est pas très bon et ca colle au dent. J'aime leur pâte à biscuit, mais pas la version lyophilisées.
