Ingredients

    • 160 ml (⅔ cup) of creamy peanut butter
    • 60 ml (¼ cup) of Vanilla Shop Health Isolate Protein
    • 300 g ( ~ 6 1/2 cups) of miniature white marshmallows
    • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of milk
    • 200 g ( ~ 6 1/2 cups) of puffed rice cereal (Rice Krispies)

The secret to these squares is Shop Santé's vanilla isolate: it boosts protein while maintaining a light texture, with a vanilla flavor that perfectly complements the crunch. The result is a satisfying snack you can take anywhere.

Steps:

  1. Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) square pan. Cover with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the peanut butter. Add the protein powder and mix well.
  3. Add the marshmallows and milk and melt gently, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk.
  4. Add the puffed rice cereal and mix gently to coat each cereal well.
  5. Transfer to the square pan. Lightly press the Rice Krispies with your hands. Let it cool for at least 1 hour before cutting the square into portions.
