Steps:
- Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) square pan. Cover with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the peanut butter. Add the protein powder and mix well.
- Add the marshmallows and milk and melt gently, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk.
- Add the puffed rice cereal and mix gently to coat each cereal well.
- Transfer to the square pan. Lightly press the Rice Krispies with your hands. Let it cool for at least 1 hour before cutting the square into portions.
