The coffee shop of your dreams for the summer!
Ice cream ingredients:
- 1 scoop of Pistachio Protein Isolate from Shop Santé
- 2 cups of plant-based beverage of your choice
- 1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla Jell-O powder

1 tbsp pistachio cream (optional)
Coffee ingredients:
- 2 shots of espresso

1 cup of plant-based beverage of your choice
Steps:
- In the Ninja Creami container, mix all the ingredients with an immersion blender.
- Close the lid and place in the freezer for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, remove from the freezer. Using Ninja Creami, mix with the ice cream option.
- Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add a little water.
- Repeat step 4 until you obtain a smooth and creamy texture.
- Prepare a double espresso and add the plant-based drink of your choice.
- Using an ice cream scoop, form 2 balls and then add them to the coffee.
- Decorate with a pistachio cream coulis. (optional)

About the recipe:
- You can use protein-enriched milk to add even more protein.
- For a sweeter coffee, add a third scoop of ice cream.
