Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) blueberries
  • 5 strawberries, halved
  • 125 ml (½ cup) frozen raspberries
  • 125 ml (½ cup) blackberries
  • A few fresh mint leaves
  • 1 bottle 750 ml red wine
  • 60 ml (2 oz) vodka
  • 60 ml (2 oz) Southern Comfort
  • 375 ml (1 ½ cups) berry juice
  • 30 g Shop Santé fiber (Quebec berry mix)
  • Ice cubes to taste
  • 500 ml (2 cups) tonic soda

Preparation

  1. Place berries, mint leaves, alcoholic beverages and fruit juice in a large pitcher.
  2. Add Shop Santé fiber powder to the sangria pitcher and stir until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes and tonic soda and serve immediately.
