Ingredients
- 80 ml (⅓ cup) milk
- 22.5 ml (1 ½ tbsp.) salted butter
- 2.5 ml (½ tsp.) instant coffee
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) brown sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 2.5 ml (½ tsp.) vanilla extract
- 60 ml (¼ cup) all-purpose flour
- 37.5 ml (2 ½ tablespoons) Shop Santé dark chocolate vegetable protein
- 22.5 ml (1 ½ tbsp.) cocoa powder
- 2.5 ml (½ tsp.) baking powder
- Powdered sugar to taste
Preparation
1. In the microwave, heat the milk, butter and instant coffee until the butter has melted and the coffee has dissolved.
2. Next, mix the brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract into the milk mixture.
3. Sift and mix all-purpose flour, chocolate vegetable protein, cocoa and baking powder into a bowl. Whisk the wet ingredients thoroughly into the dry ingredients and transfer the smooth mixture to the cup.
