Looking for a fresh, healthy snack to satisfy your sweet tooth? This protein-packed ice cream is for you! Easy to make and rich in protein, it will satisfy your cravings with its creamy texture and intense chocolate and peanut taste.

Serves : 2


  • 1 cup plant milk (almond, oat, coconut, etc.)
  • 1 serving Shop Santé ISO dark chocolate stevia protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon PB2 peanut butter powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate-flavoured pudding
  • 2 Quest peanut butter cups


  1. In Ninja Creami container, mix all ingredients, except Quest Peanut Butter Cups, with mixer foot.
  2. Close the lid and place in the freezer for 24 hours.
  3. After 24 hours, remove from freezer. Using the Ninja Creami, blend with the ice cream option.
  4. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add vegetable milk. Start a re-spin cycle.
  5. Repeat step #4 until a creamy texture is obtained.
  6. Cut Quest Peanut Butter Cups into small pieces. Add them to the ice cream.
  7. Mix with a spoon and enjoy.


  • You can also add FitCook Foodz L'Aphrodisiaque sugar-free syrup to the top of the ice cream for even more flavor.
  • If you don't have Ninja Creami, you can freeze the mixture in an ice cream mold and stir every 30 minutes until firm.
