Recommended use or purpose:
Improves strength, power, performance during repeated short bursts of high-intensity physical activity (eg, sprints, jumps, resistance training) by increasing creatine, phosphocreatine , intramuscular energy.
Recommended dose (Adults) :
2 Capsules, 2 times a day. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks.
Step 1 (Induction Phase): Start with a 4-week induction phase (3 g/day = 2 Capsules twice a day) and continue with a maintenance phase (3 g/day = 2 Capsules twice a day) per day) .
