Our main EAA series is a 100% vegan amino acid product containing 9 amino acids, a mixture enriched with leucine, clinically supported, of all nine essential amino acids that have been shown to help with protein synthesis and muscle recovery, promoting energy and cell repair as well as limiting muscle pain.

Essential amino acids (EAA) are of vital importance for all athletes and active people, as the human body cannot synthesize them on its own and therefore we must consume them through proper diet and supplementation. In addition, many people tend to think that they only need branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) for proper muscle recovery and support and although BCAAs are three of the nine essential amino acids, you are really doing a disservice to your body and your health by not using the new ones.

It has been shown that EAA HD stimulates the synthesis of muscle proteins as much as whey protein, with a lower insulin peak. It has also been shown to stimulate muscle protein synthesis as much as BCAAs!
