DURATION OF USE:

Use for a minimum of 2 months to see beneficial effects.

RECOMMENDED DOSE:

Adults: 1 scoop (6.3g) 3 times daily. Mix the product with 1 cup of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consuming. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking medication or natural health products.
